In addition to providing service to its contract agencies, BEHC also provided training opportunities and technical assistance to ensure that the highest quality home care services are provided to clients. BEHC'S support work readiness and job re-entry for new hires which affords us to further assure high quality services and education for clients through monitoring, training, and mentoring.

Bare Essentials Home Care (BEHC) is a non-for-profit organization that primarily provides home health care to the elderly, disabled, and indigent clients in the Jackson County Kansas City area who participate in title XIX and XX. In addition to the clients receiving services through the Division of aging, BEHC is a contract provider for the Veterans Association and accepts private pay clients on a sliding  scale fee for service.
